The awards are built entirely on feedback from employees who worked in these organisations during the calendar year 2025, making them a credible reflection of workplace experience and employee sentiment at scale.

 

What sets ABECA apart is its employee-first and transparent approach. Companies do not apply or pay to participate, and there is no jury involved. Winners are determined solely based on authentic employee reviews shared on AmbitionBox, reinforcing the platform’s commitment to real, unbiased workplace insights.

 

This year’s winners represent a diverse mix of organisations across company sizes and industries, from large enterprises to emerging tech startups, highlighting workplaces that have consistently earned high ratings from their employees.

In addition, awards were announced across key industries, including Energy & Power, Pharma, Financial Services, Banking, Retail, Construction, Internet/Product, IT/ITES, Automobile, Consumer Electronics, and FMCG, recognising top-rated companies within each sector.

 

ABECA 2026 follows a rigorous and transparent methodology. Companies are evaluated based on qualifying reviews submitted by current and former employees between January 1 and December 31, 2025. A proprietary algorithm factors in both the number of reviews and overall ratings, ensuring that only companies with consistent and credible employee feedback make it to the final list.
