The two-day event, held on March 27-28, 2025, at The Lalit Hotel, Barakhamba Avenue, and FICCI Federation House, Tansen Marg, served as a powerful platform to reflect on a year of groundbreaking initiatives and impact-driven achievements.

As my tenure as Chairperson draws to a close, I urge all members to continue embracing collaboration and innovation. Together, we can build a future where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and lead.”

With the theme “Women as the Architects of Viksit Bharat @ 2047” the annual session underscored FICCI FLO’s mission to foster leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation among women. The event featured distinguished keynote addresses, thought-provoking panel discussions, and the launch of five exclusive reports, including the FLO Annual Report 2024-25, Women at Work: A Study on Women’s Participation in India’s Port, Shipping, and IWT Sector, Framework for Transformative Action: Enabling Women Entrepreneurship in Northeast India, and Seeds of Change: Women Entrepreneurs Cultivating Northeast India’s Entrepreneurial Future. Adding to the grandeur of the occasion, a mesmerizing musical performance by the SKD Live Band enriched the celebratory atmosphere.
